CREDAI - Kolhapur is now the new face of the Promoters and Builders Association of Kolhapur (PBAK). Today, CREDAI -Kolhapur in its new avtaar is taking bold and decisive steps in addressing a number of critical issues affecting the Real Estate Induatry of Kolhapur, as a whole. Two major issues that need special mention here are , Effects of Recession on the Property market and Eco-Friendly housing.

In the former instance, CREDAI - Kolhapur members have worked in unision to overcome the dramatic effects of recession on the real estate market and in the case of the latter, "Going Green" has now become our mission.

It is the willingness to address these issues that has given us this year's focal theme at DALAN 2010... "Eco Friendly Housing". Eco friendly housing is the need of the hour. Not because it makes great marketing sense but because if we do not help ourselves today to conserve the environment, we will most certainly fail in saving our future.

All of us at CREDAI Kolhapur realise this and have started taking necessary steps to create green and affordable housing. At Dalan 2010, you will get a first hand experience of what we mean.
